I decide that the a-ipllars would look better in a darker color. I also installed my Dashmat which I should have ordered in a darker color suicide-santa.gif

I am using a Sundown SAZ-1500D v.3 for my subs. I ordered it through carstereogiant.com I have always had great customer service with them. They actually text me to make sure my product arrived safely :)

Zuki has a nice product but the current Phoenix Gold line-up is even better. So....Elite.2 for midbass and Elite.4 for highs and mids.

I have the Elite.2, saving up for the Elite.4 :)

I picked up my Elite.2 used in LNIB condition at a great price. They MSRP for over $1200. These amps are built with excellent quality and components. Downside is that they are big and heavy. Need lots of room to mount these bad boys. I do wish they had gold boards instead of black.

If you have the cash and room buy a few!

Like I normally do I changed things up again. I am sticking with the KS900.6 for the front stage and I am not going to use an additional battery in the trunk. There isn't a need for it.

I am just getting started on the IB install. I have the baffle cut and positioned in place. I need to, make a trim panel, weld bracing and then carpet.

The subs are mounted facing the trunk. There is no loss of trunk space at all. The magnets are within an 1/8" of the back of the back seat :)

Hopefully I will have the IB install complete very soon and I can work on the amp mount.

I agree! Thanks for the dust cap mounting tips.

I just picked up 3/16" steel for the bracing. If I am lucky this weekend I will be able to get most of it done.

I finished mounting the baffle. I made a brace out of 3/16" steel. It is welded to the car on the bottom and on the top. The reason for the brace is mostly because I wanted to use a single layer baffle instead of multiple layers which can really add up in weight. With the brace I made and the other attachment points is should be sturdy.

I made a little trim panel for around the subs to make them look flush mounted.
