Recommended Posts

I was going to put this up months ago but never got around to it. IMAG0323.jpgFactory is on the left Mechman on the right

IMAG0325.jpgNew unit installed, fit perfect no modification needed.

Months later everything still working perfect.

I was thinking about it but I fear if I wash the dirt off the truck might fall apart.

Be careful washing the engine, distributors and alternators don't like a lot of water or having things blasted into them!

I have to tread lightly here, ricers need alternators too, but I bet you could guess what I drive by the grease on the block.

Yep, that mount style is very common with Dodge and Jeep. The real difference is in the plug on the alternator, a couple different plug designs and the early models use ring terminals.

These are a solid unit, I'm even going to adapt one to my 5.0 in my Volvo, efficient, quiet and powerful sounds good to me.
