speaker wire size

got a 15" BL and i bought a cadence amp kit and it came with 12 gauge speaker wire was wondering if that size would be okay or should i got alil bigger?

it really depends on how many watts your running... i know when i was running 2k to each of my btls i used 8 gauges for speaker wire.

not really, some people need to compensate for something.

It all depends on how much power you are running.

is there like a chart or maybe a rule of thumb for power vs wire size ratings?
