Since it is a nice rainy day I am going to install some of this in the 4runner today. I will take some pictures along the way.

I noticed very little thickness difference, but never had any of the regular damp. The deal is hard to beat too.

What classifies this as b-stock is that the thickness may be inconstant and/or the foil may be scratched or wrinkled. More or less the differences are aesthetic more than anything.

Here is an example of the b-stock Damplifier Ken sent me. Just slightly creased in the middle, other than that it's awesome stuff!

I have to say mine all looked untouched and not one piece had a wrinkle in it. Great stuff to work with, a heat gun and some elbow grease things go real smooth. I took some before pictures which are in my build log, but got into repairing the roof bracing and did not take anymore pictures sorry.

Great stuff for the price!

I've noticed that myself. I think I was sent the wrinkliest b-stock because everyone else's seems to be perfect.

If I had a need for another 32sq I would order it today, but I only need about 4 more pieces. You don't happen to sell this by the piece?

No we do not sell the b-stock by the piece.

However I believe I have four sheets of the b-stock Damp Ken sent me (I've sent most of it out as samples), so if you want PM me your addy and I'll get it sent out.

Mine was all wrinkly in the middle. I will try a "heat gun and elbow grease" to flatten it out

You can also use a piece of round stock with heat.

Both good ideas. You can also take your roller to it prior to installation.

Use of child labor to smooth it out also works. lol Just make sure you put it on a smooth surface and foil side down before they start stomping on it. :D
