Another Successful Box Build

A friend of mine asked me to build him a box for his 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 ext. cab truck for 1 Alpine Type R 12. And this is what i came up with...

I like the symmetrical look and I believe it made it a little easier than one big port on the bottom. And its on the bottom cuz he wanted it there. And i figured that it might help using the extra part of the box than by the sub..

Yup. Didn't want the same old under the seat box.

And I'm sorry but I forgot that torres didn't give the right specs cuz i was using 5/8", but the specs are:

1.9 cubes gross

1.48 after all displacements

Port: 1.625"x4.75 each

Tuned to 35 hz

If you want the box dimensions I will post them too, if requested.

Lol it does look like it is. But i cut the carpet and grinded it to bare metal.

i made a box for a customer very similar to that one but the port was next to the sub facing up. These designs look and sound way better than under the seat crap. Your box looks good man :)

Thanks man. And yeah it does sound way better despite how it sound in the vid. The rear they mirror already fell off twice lol.
