Too many options...

I'd like to get two fi bl 15s. But I don't know what options to get on them. Also have no idea on what amp to choose either. Going in a 2003 chevy trailblazer ls

If you can afford it, get all the options, aka Fully Loaded. You should get an amplifier that can supply the rms rating of each driver, but with a little extra. (my opinion) example, if rated at 500rms, I would get an amp that does 700-1000 rms. This leaves head room plus can supply the extra power during certain frequencies. All this said being your elecric can supply the amperage draw of your additional system plus what your vehicle calls for.

What kind of amp? And should I get just one, or have one amp per sub?

one amp, the ssa store have good amps take a look...

this would be my first choice on a higher budget http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/store/products/Sundown-Audio-SAZ%252d2500D.html

this would be my lower budget http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/store/products/Crescendo-Audio-BC2000D-%252d-2250-watts-x-1-Mono-Block-Bass-Clef-Series-Amplifier.html

just remember you have to get the adiquate upgrade in electrical to drive the system to full potential, which can be upgraded later but for now your can play your system moderately, also you will need the dual 4 ohm subs so they can be wired down to a one ohm load.

I would just get the dual 1 ohm subs to do this.

What options you may or may not need depends on your goals, needs and budget.

So do I order dual 1 or dual 2?

Dual 1 would probably be best, wired in parallel/series, will give you a final impedance of 1ohms, which most sub woofer amps are stable at.
