BHE wall build #5 of '12 SAZ4500D/2 Zv3 18's/4th order sueded

Recommended Posts

I am very happy with how this build came out, I have a ton of pics on the comp at home, and I will get them posted here soon,.

I'd like to thank NT_Hardcore, Focalrock4life and my wife Kasey for all the time that went into the project.

NT really did a nice job with the wiring, there are a couple things in the back that need to be tied up, and they will be when we can get the car back in a few days.

So....This is how the car came to me.

SAM_0873.jpg

Good old fashioned self tapped grounds.....but at least the paint was sanded down to bare metal........but come on....

I suppose if the hole isnt big enough.......just add a second screw!

I'll never understand this.....

This was done by a shop in central florida, and fixed here @ BHE

The wrong way to measure out your wall.

SAM_0885.jpg

more on that later

2 51 ft spools of Rockford fosgate wire. Stuff is very impressive, and really easy to work with.

SAM_0889.jpg

you want these to go through the firewall?

Sure, no problem.

the bottom piece

SAM_0891.jpg

this is the one that gets bolted to the car.

Carpet the bottom side to stop it from squeaking. nothing worse than driving around with a squeak that you cant get rid of.

SAM_0892.jpg

Secured to the car.

Thanks to JBLCAMRY for the technique
