I have a question can you send an alternator away to get built so it will put out more amps or is that something you could do at home with like a kit or would i just be better off buying a new bigger one? let me know what you all know/ think. Thanks!

It's not something that you can do at home. It also isn't the firt upgrade I'd do to my electrical system. You may not even need to do it at all.
