Saying goodbye to our 5th generation grandmother.

Recommended Posts

My wife, Regina, lost her grandmother, Sandra Mabry, on Saturday. She was 75 years old. Dementia had slowly took her away from us over the past few years. She was what represented the top of 5 generations in their family....her, Marty(Regina's mom), Regina, Samantha(our daughter), and Reginae,(our granddaughter).....her family is really big, and all were close to Sandra( fat grandma)...keeping in mind, I have been around her for 25+ years myself.

Our thoughts and prayers for her and all her loved ones.

R.I.P.

Sorry to hear this. It's been hard reading Regina and her sisters posts in Facebook.

Very sad. Give her a big hug for me.

Thank you everyone for your support, I will be sure all of our family knows how you all have offered your kind words.

Tomorrow will be her showing.

Thursday, during her funeral, the family chose to have me speak instead of the funeral home preacher.

An easy message to deliver, yet such a challenge, her life in a few sentences, if my heart stays out of throat, I hope I do well.
