Squat 5 sets of 5 then 3 sets of 3 at 180 lbs

Benched 5 sets of 5 then 3 sets of 3 at 130 lbs

Row 5 sets of 8 at 90 lbs

Shrugs 5 sets of 8 25 each hand.

Bicep machine 5 sets of 8 at 65
