XCON dustcap VS. a ratchet

Recommended Posts

So I just moved my XCON into the garage yesterday because I was planning on putting them both in tomorrow. This morning while half asleep I bumped my toolbox and a heavy ratchet fell directly onto the dust cap.....

After getting the dust cap off I was surprised to see this.

So I'm assuming this means that I can still put them both in tomorrow, and just put the cap on when it arrives? (Thanks to Aaron for taking care of me super fast!)

Yeah apparently everyone I show this to does lol. This will be my practice run, and the CF caps will be next. I don't want to get them and have them come out crappy.

Unless you're trying to lighten it up, CF is pointless. Get them hydrodripped.
