Matty, thanks for the advice. I replaced both my mattres and pillow with softer ones and I had a much better slepp last hight.

Test drove mattresses this week. Decided I liked the Sealy posturepedic hybrid eurotop. Was one of the only mattresses not on sale. 

 

REALLY fell in love with the Ergo-motion base. Haven't decided if I want to spend 3 times as much on the frame as the matress though.
