I think I would benefit from a fear and loathing level bender.

I was feeding the spider tonight and he jumped out of the habitat and scurried onto the floor.  I jumped back as not to step on him and scared the shit out of Gavin and he ran screaming like a little girl.  He was so scared I stepped on it, that he starting crying.

I would have ran crying because a hellish monster was loose.

Just move and burn it down.

Did the spider live?

Yeah, it's alive.  We found it on his bed.  It was awesome!  We don't handle this one because he is WICKED fast and he jumps.  He's nearly impossible to contain outside of his habitat.  I've toyed with the idea of a play pen of sorts, but I'm afraid he'll climb it quicker than I can move to catch him.  I was lucky last night to contain him to Gavin's bedroom.

The last one was so docile we could let him just roam around the house.  He pretty much just stayed out in the open.  We'd lose him for a few hours then he'd just pop right out like he was ready to go back in his habitat.

I like big spiders, but no one else in the house does.

It seems the weeping blisters are slowly turning to big welts.

I did get most of the shit pulled, but still have a little to go.

Did you buy something new we don't know about?  Surely the Big Ugly will clear anything.

Ha, no.  The front spoiler on big ugly is lower than a C6 corvette.

The idea is to explore a city I'll probably never have a reason to visit again, to get shots others won't have, and most importantly to have an experience that I kinda shit the bed on a lot in my 20's. I still kick my own ass on missing a lot of opportunities to travel before. I want to rectify that mistake with some buddies I can trust to watch my back.

Memphis and Nashville are on the list of ideas, but I do want to avoid 'touristy' cities. 3/4 of these cities have touristy reasons to visit. Omaha, Oklahoma City, Cheyenne, Little Rock, etc. all are cities people don't usually visit to photograph.

Call it something 'dumb' for no other reason than it just sounds fun.

J

Not touristy after labor day.  Omaha, Oklahoma City, Cheyenne aren't cities.

So ignoring bigger cities, where would you go?

It is all good guys. I usually get ivy once for the year, but this year I clearly over looked sumac that was growing in the lilacs and trimmed that not realizing what it was. It looks like a got whipped with a belt from my waste to my neck.

No more trimming in shorts and muscle shirt.

Thanks for the concern :)

Throw some cheap gin on it, that'll kill it right up.   ;)
