You are sooooo much healthier than others.  Be careful and don't overdo it.  You can probably make it.

My muscles are a bit sore, but nothing compared to how they were when my back was out of whack.  I have a monster tolerance for pain...so ain't right is an understatement.

That part is easy.  I am riding with others.  Can't over do it since they aren't superman.  I always wait for whomever is behind me as I feel responsible to make sure they are safe.  Normally that is good for everyone since I lead and deal with the oncoming idiots.  For once I may let someone else lead...but we will see.

Super funny to see the doc's reaction though.  She looked at me the whole time until she saw my throat like I was a hypochondriac.  After peaking she looked at me like wtf, how are you standing here?

Strep throat sux man..I have had my throat swell almost shut I was barley able to take antibiotics because of the swelling and when I tried to drink milk to put something on my stomach it would come out my nose...Knock on wood I usually don't get sick but when I do its bad.What did they give you antibiotics?

They purr oh so heavenly! Very smooth and accurate, I can pick out every note. 

 Took forever to loosen up, as I didn't really push them. But WOW once they did.

I'm getting these splitting headaches that wake me up.  Holy Hannah. 

The upside is I'm on a partially planned overfeeding, so I drown my sorrow in really I'll advised food choices.

I probably had >200grams of sugar yesterday, and I think today I'm going to bake a brie and see if I can choke it all down.

I've been having some lately myself here and there when I wake up..I believe sinuses are triggering them..I stay eating BC powders now.
