This is going to sound pretty sad but I just realized that the generic pre workout i was using didnt have any creatine so i was only getting it once and a while.  I added it at 25-35 grams a day for a few days and while I havent stepped on the body scan the mirror says I'm more vascular despite all the cardio and calorie deficit. 

 

I'm thinking I might try organ meat in my diet as it's just a struggle to get in enough bulk protien without the carbs.  I know every old dude and paleo/hunter/hipster chef thinks organs are gods gift....  I cant make them taste good.

 That is lame AF fam. Was looking forward to showing you around for a few days. Lots of new restaurants opened up in the area this year also. Would’ve been a stellar grabfest.
