I have no problem with cloth interior, but I really like the "flow through" center console and captains chairs.

The car was trashed.  All the Mercs were.  SO sad to see.  He had two good, cars; the Volvo, and a Mini Cooper S.  I'm going to make him an offer on both cars today.   He's a sentimental collector, so I doubt I'll get them, but I have to offer none-the-less.
