Smoke them at home first and then BBQ them to heat.

I do this anytime someone wants me to make them ribs.

Smoke at home then finish when I get there.

After an hour of smoke cold I'd probably wrap them in foil for extra heat protection and bring to temp then grill to make pretty.

I like mine naked though so you can't fuck up how they are cooked.

Mike - if your grill was on high for an hour and that is the finish you got on the steaks your grill is pointless.  Your shrimp look like they soaked in cold oil instead of frying as well.  You need heat.  WAY MORE heat.

Almost out of propane.

We always have spare tanks, mostly older ones. Put a pound of so of tannerite in them and it is unreal from 200 yards away.

Was so juicy and tender....and I could barley suck and the meat of the shrimp would come right off the tail...Mmmmmmmmmmm

I ran low on propane..wouldn't past 300 dont you eat raw beef?

And I could not have put the shrip directly on the grill they were itty bitty they would have fell through. Maybe next time I will try that.

You have to remember I am not a master chef,and have very little time to practice.usually I only have maybe one day of month to actually be able to spend time trying.sometimes months go by before I have the chance.

You have to remember I am not a master chef,and have very little time to practice.usually I only have maybe one day of month to actually be able to spend time trying.sometimes months go by before I have the chance.
me neither. CO of a German tech company and not a chef..but the only way to improve is to practice and I usually eat two meals a day so that is practice

I get very little time to enjoy myself.when I do I usualy work as well
