Starting from scratch. The F5 Build log & updates

When I started planning on this project 2 years ago, in the planning stages, I wanted 60+ and to bassrace 59.9, but since then I have taken it down a notch, wanting to build something that plays low (

Fla style), Loud and moves an absolute insane amount of air.

 

What I started with

 

 

Subs

 

8 DC Level 5 M1 Motors, with David from PSi working his magic on the rest.  8 18" recones 3 spider setup 

 

Amps - 4 SK2500.1s from Skar audio.  The setup got down pretty good with these, but I needed more power, and less problems

 

a single 300A Tenney that has yet to fail me

 

A 4th order bandpass 

 

All Wiring and accessories were acquired from Audio Technix.  over 100ft of OFC 1/0, 8ga OFC for speakerwires, 

 

Pioneer Prs80

 

Pink

 

Plexi

 

Mids are 6 Selenium mb3p10's on a Lanzar opti 700x2

 

Tweets are PRV ti405s (iirc) on a crossfire small 2ch amp.
