LENGTH OF WARRANTY


 

·       
One (1) year form
original purchase date


 

·        
Three (3) years
from original purchase date with Product Registration Card on file with Direct
Sound Solutions (Product Registration Card must be filed within ninety (90)
days of original purchase date)


 

·        
All warranty
services require original sales receipt and original packaging


 

 


 

WHO IS COVERED


 

·        
Warranty applies
only to Direct Sound Solutions LLC products sold to the original purchaser of
the product.  Warranty is
non-transferable


 

 


 

WHAT IS COVERED


 

·        
Direct Sound
Solutions LLC will at its discretion, repair or replace any product that
exhibit defects in materials and/or workmanship during the warranty period


 

 


 

WHAT IS NOT COVERED


 

·        
BLOWN VOICE COILS
ARE NOT COVERED


 

·        
Products with
defaced, altered, or removed serial numbers


 

·        
Products owned by
anyone other than the original purchaser from Direct Sound Solutions LLC


 

·        
Products that
have been physically abused.  For example
a screwdriver through the surround or cone


 

·        
Products in which
repair or modifications including cosmetic finishes performed by unauthorized
parties


 

·        
Products damaged
due to criminal activity or by acts of god


 

·        
Installation and
shipping costs associated with removing, installing, or shipping product to
Direct Sound Solutions LLC for warranty repairs


 

 


 

HOW TO RECEIVE WARRANTY
SERVICE


 

·        
All warranty
returns must be sent to Direct Sound Solutions LLC freight pre-paid accompanied
by proof of purchase in the original packaging. 
We at Direct Sound Solutions LLS understand sometimes original packaging
may have been damaged during shipment or lost during the warranty period.  If so replacement packaging may be purchased
from Direct Sound Solutions LLC. 


 

·        
ALL PRODUCT MUST
BE RETURNED IN APPROVED PACKAGING


 

·        
Customer must
contact Direct Sound Solutions LLC for a return authorization number and shipping
address for warranty repair


 

·        
Return authorization
number must be clearly written on outside of packaging


 

·        
Any and all
product sent to Direct Sound Solutions LLC without a return authorization
number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at sender’s expense
