yes .......... I am still alive ......... lived thru it and  now I am more annoying than ever !!

anyways...time to build a system to cruise around sunday mornings and listen to my

favorite anger management noises.......(Metallica,Pantera,Judas Preist ex...)

here is a list of the equiptment

1 Pioneer 80PRS head unit
2 Soundstream REF 2.640 amps for the top end
2 Soundstream REF 1.500 amps for the subs

I have temporary Hertz high energy coaxils and a 12" sub to listen to
while I work on the install so I am not in a huge rush to get it together

right now I am leaning towards a pair of 10" Icons installed at the rear corners
in fiberglass  ported enclosures and two pairs of Focal K2 Power components
on the top end ( 3 way up front and 2 way in the back)

once the weather warms up a bit I can start on the sub enclosures

It's been a while.....might need someone to show me how to use a saw....LOL

the temporary amp set up....they fit under the rear floor nicely

once I am ready to add the other mono block the wiring will be all hidden under the
shelf out of sight

glad to be back

I kinda miss this car audio thing , I'm hoping for some warm weather

so I can strip the interior and do some sound deadening

this is gonna be an SQ set up so I do not want a single rattle in or out

of the car when it is finished

as far as subs go I only have 500w rms for each sub which is not enough

power for the Icons so me being a big fan of the smooth sounding copper

coiled subs that dig low I narrowed it down to the 10" JL W7's ...

they work very well on 500w rms and I can get them locally with out

all the shipping/duty/exchange fee's
