ETA for the first couple of units will be a week-ish as we wrap up a few things.  MAP will be around $450.  There are more in production as I write this, and production will be ramping up after that.

As of this post, none of been sold as they have not been listed for sale.  One is out on a demo ring.  We are getting them ready now.
