I was just wondering if this is bad for my car. I have two sa 12s and a hifonics BE2500.240a mechman alternator, big 3, zapper d2400 and a xp750. When I was playing Elie Gouldings "High for this" decaf after the bass drop my voltage shot up to 16.4 Is there something I should do to.regulate it? Or will it be.fine if it happens again?

The batteries will absorb it and everything in your vehicle should easily handle that voltage.  You obviously had a high current moment and it stopped so suddenly that the alt was still responding to the needed current demand.
