Anyone know anything about the old Sony XM7557 . And what would be a decent price to offer someone. Someone i know is selling one and asked me to make an offer

'Ti's a good amp. The older red ES amps were all solid amps. I'd try to buy it if I were you. Can't help you with price though.

Tell him what you want to spend and then go from there, y'all should be able to find a middle ground.

really good amp if you can get it for a good price. It has a very large footprint though. I have a non working xm7547 in my garage. It takes up almost a full shelf.

From what i can see and read, this is an above average amp, it would be a good single amp set up for a minimal/none electrica

electrical upgrade audio system.
