Thank you Sean. :)

I have everything but a car lift and CNC cutter.

I have a framing nail gun, what do you use?

I use a brad nail gun, 18gauge or 16gauge will do the trick. Something to keep the wood together while the glue dries.

Tomorrow if I have time the hole will be cut for the sub. I am not carpeting this at this point, but that may change. Depends on the customer.

Looks really solid.  Is this from my suggested specs on the site or the 3D model?

Thanks Aaron.

It just so happened the designs you sent me fit the application very well. Small ported design.

I was going to put a forced hot air system in for heat after I insulated, but I ran into this to heat the garage when I am out there. I have seen them in use on construction sights, but figured they cost more than I wanted to spend. Walking at the fair today I came across them and figured I would give it a try.

Sweet lord that's huge!

Watch the dust & fumes in the air with that open flame. On many of the sites I'm on they use ones fed by natural gas. But that's usually a huge building. Regardless that looks like it's gonna cook you in that shop.

No worries I keep my shop clean and this will be located in the furthest corner at a safe distance. 111,000 btu should keep things nice once I insulate the shop.:)

Finally getting around to building ported enclosures for the Evil mids. These are simple ported boxes .71 cubs @ 58hz. The boxes will be covered in carpet and the mid will be running full range off of a Yamaha 797 for people to listen to.
