Instead of the company logos, just use the company name in a nice font and have it flashing the company name and not the logo. I think that would clean it up and make it look "smoother", possible have three of the names on each side and have it just start at the top left corner and go down, then go top right and go down. When that is over have all appear for a little bit and then repeat.
