2005 SSAQULADE BUILD

Recommended Posts

So I found a deal on this solid 2005 Cadillac Escalade I could not pass up, and rather then waiting another two years for the body work to be finished on my 2 door Tahoe, I decided in the interest of Bass I transfer all mods from the Tahoe over to the SSAQUALADE.

Equipment Will be as follows:

IA 80.1 x 2 @ 16V
IA 6.4 x 2

EVIL 18" x 6 (this may change depending on my end decision)
EVIL 6.5" Mid Bass x (12?)

XS Power D1600 x 20 (ish)
XS Power D3400 under the hood

Mechman E370 x 2 @16V
Mechman G240 x 1 @ 12V

A whole bunch of wire and other goodies to be added when that time comes....

So here are some photos of work done so far.

The lights in the dash cluster didn't work what so ever, so I ordered 20 LED's for GM clusters on amazon for $14.99 and replaced them on the circuit board.  Very nice/cheap upgrade.

Carpet is in, soaked all the plastics in hot water and scrubbed them before going back in, they were in desperate need of a bath.

Took them both to the shop to get some the wheels swapped over, and oil changes, and to have a power steering line fixed on the tahoe. ssaqulade-0021.jpg

I like where this is going, 16v is the cream of the crop!

It would be badass if you used DCON or GCON and used 12-16 of them to show their capability in a large build like this.

I had actually wanted to do that badly in a different install.  I am considering something fun off one amp (sub duty).

It can't hurt being part owner in a online store, to which you can get some goodies at cost. I would be doing builds non stop if I where you. Can't wait to see how it turns out. :Bling:
