I have three identical amps and am using the ins/outs to pass thru the signal-- how do i guarantee my 3rd amp in the line has the same input voltage as the 1st?

As long as their input impedance is the same and they are split evenly it should be that way.  Whatever the difference is easily adjusted with the gain knob anyways
