Sub(kind of pictured in first pic, top right) is 8x 15" RF HE in an attic IB manifold.

Cool, another IB owner!

Very nice set-up and gear.

I would love to see a build log of this one...

I have no pictures of my stuff now, but my current setup consist of:

Pair of Cerwin-Vega RE-30 (Fronts)

Pair of AR-215PS (Surrounds)

Sony DH-500 (All I have at the moment)

I also have a lot more sets of speakers that I just can't use because of only using one receiver. My other speakers include:

2 more AR-215PS

Pair of Onkyo Fusion AV S-35 (Trying to sell to help fund a new receiver)

Pair of 12" Tannoy Monitor Gold's (My babies!)

I am a student and very short on money, but my next buy will be a good tube receiver.

Mine seems so inadequate compared to everyone elses, but I've spent maybe 60 bucks for it all, I'm good with money, I have: Coby 5.1 surround, 300watts+sub, a Quasar amp thing, puts out 375watts, a Jensen jsw12, two Aiwa tower speakers, each with two tweets and a 6.5, and last but not least, a Polk PSW10. All of it's hooked up together and it sounds good for being what it is.

Got a pretty nice setup in my room, got a pair of Pioneer CS-R580's and a pair of Technics SB-2665's and another pair of some Onkyo right/left channels.

Powering them I am using a Denon AVR-3803. I have it set to "5.1" mode, so I run my mids off the rear channel outputs. I use the front left/right outputs for my subs, which I have wired to 4 ohms using a phase invertor.

The subs are 3 MTX 12" Terminators in boxes that are 2.5 cubic feet sealed, braced, and resined. and I have a sealed Memphis M2 15" in 3 cubes sealed.

All the subs sit in my closet, and all the edges of my closet have been sealed/screwed shut.

I have the closet door slid open about 4" it moves A LOT of air. The bass peaks around 26hz-30hz and picks up again around 14hz. Around 40hz - 60hz my bass sucks, but it's well worth it for GREAT lows.

Heres a vid of it, I need to get around to doing another more updated one sometime.

Yamaha HTR-5440 running 5.1

Sub amp is a Yung SD500-6 feeding a BTL18 in my box from my truck, 5 cubes @ 35.

Trashy on movies but excellent for most of my unedited music. Nice and punchy. Slowed suffers, so I'm rebuilding once it's warmer.

TV:   Panasonic 54S1

Receiver: Onkyo NR818

Sub Amp: Crown XTi1002

Main Speakers : Tannoy i8 on Sanus Stands

Center channel:   Tannoy S8C

Sub:  ElectroVoice TL15-1

Sources:  Xbox 360, Pansonic BD65 BluRay, Chromecast

Planning on rears soon, but Not sure What to do yet.  Would Like to find a set of Tannoy S8LR fo my mains and move the i8s to the rears but that is proving to be a challenge finding some.  The Sub has grill cloth now and all the wiring is tied up and neat now :)  Modem and Router is all hidden behind the Television.

Love the system (girlfriend says its too loud sometimes), it boogies pretty well.  The sub work fantastic on music, and despite having a highpass around 40hz on the sub,it digs down low for HT.  My main concern with the sub was musicality and It was free as well :)  Love the Tannoys as well.

It has 40hz highpass? As in, to keep out <40hz???

That's correct. Highpass (subsonic filter) at 40 hz and lowpass at 80. ElectroVoice spec sheet list the enclosure tuning at 40 hz with a usable LF response of 35 hz. Not the type of subwoofer people expect to see. It was pulled from an old church and it was the LF driver in a two way speech reinforcement system.
