wy weight has leveled off, but the muscle tone is improving. veins are starting to pop, i'm liking that, lol. jsut gotta get the gut burned off...

227 today.

Nice.

17 pounds in 7 weeks. Good healthy weight loss, just over 2 pounds a week, and this is without very much cardio.

well, i'm off of the weight loss plan, but on the weight moving plan, lol. my frame carries my 230 well enough noone even thinks i'm that heavy. so the goal is transfer the weight to the right places, ie: away from the gut, nad maybe add 15pds of mass.

we shall see! working out 4 days aweek for the win!!

I'm in a similar boat kent........most people don't peck me at 187 lbs...............They peg me around 150-165 MAX.......I am slowly still trimming dorn and getting bigger arms and pecs.........suppliments are on the way........hopefully they will help,

but at least it's mass (i think), not fat. gut is slimming slowly, need more cardio. not adding inches anywhere either, so i have no clue where the 4 pds is planted.....

And I am same way slim the gut, bulk the muscles.

My cardio is EXTREMLY limited.........cannot run right now.......knee's all fudgeed up.......I do ride "Some" bike......plus add in 100+* days daily from now till October, I can swear out ALOT of fat.

It reads like this and kind of confuses me...........

"Add 1 scoop to 1/3 cup of water, juice milk, yougurt, sauce of your favorite mix. Stir until dispersed then drink cold. Note the extra calories provided by mixes other than water. Add more or less liquid to taste. You can suppliment your daily calorie intake any time of the day. Mix 1 to 3 scoops upon rising, between meals or before bed. Each scoop proved 20 grams of pure protein."

The Creatine...........From what I gather 1 Serving 30 mins before exercise and 1 immediatly afterwards but no less than 3 hrs later.......non training days, one scoop first meal of day, next scoop nixt meal at least 6 hrs later.

With protien, you have to make sure you are taking in as much as you can through food. With the protien shake, a general rule of thumb that I was told, is a shake once during the day (before the workout) and another with-in 30 minutes post workout. As for creatine, follow the loading instructions per product. Most have a 2 week or so of loading, then a 3 scoop a day kind of thing. The over riding factor to all of this is how your body reacts to it. If it is not dealing well back off, if you are having sleeping issues or jitters or are not hydrating enough, back down some in dosage. With body building there is no way to follow strict laid out instructions because everyones body chemistry is different.

Odd, I would say start with 2 scoops mixed with water, 3x a day for 2 weeks. It needs to build up in your system.
