  1. Hey I need to. Build a new box. I have mangled one of my subs so I need to down grade to one sub. I'm wondering if anyone has Term-pak. I just need a basic box 2.5 cu/f with big port tuned 31htz if someone could run the numbers for me it would be greatly appreciated. I really miss my bass.

Ok cool. I guess that's kinda what I was asking. Ok so is there a way to hook up 2 amps to one sub if the amp r not strapable

Yeah that is the problem that I am having with one amp to each sub. One day they just hammered and the next the out put was weak when I looked back at them they were firing at different time. It really sux ass.
  4. I have only had trucks and have had systems in all of them. Truck r hard to get loud. I back seat HAS to come out and u need a hug enclosure lots of air space. Lots of power and a huge port in the. Box. That's what worked for me.

So if I connect the subs together they wont even out the ohm load to let's say 5 ohms.?

I clipped my amp a few times and blistered the coils together. The one sub impedance is twice what the other one is. the gti's the ohm rating is 31/2 ohm or 7ohm depending if u r using the coil jumpers.

    Wiring 2ampsin parallel

Hey guys. Ok the is my dilemma. Ihave 2 JBL gti mkii 10" and 2 amps. Ihave fused the voice coils together. Well I assume that's what I've done. One reads at 3.5 ohms and one at 7 ohm. So what I am asking is can I link the subs together to even out the ohm load and then run the amps in parallel. And if so how would I run my speaker wire. I really miss my good out put but I don't want to cook anything and have no system. Please help

I guess the answer to your question would be either if I could find some that were already made and sound good that would be cool seeing that I don't have a lot of spare time right now. But I am will to try and make some aswell

05 Chevy Silverado door pod help

They fit in the doors but they are essentially free airing in the doors. In my old truck I had them in some sealed pods and they sounded so crisp and I could run them in full range no cross over. My biggest fear is blowing them up. http://memimage.card...10294_large.jpg Check them out hear. They might be for sale if anyone is interested
  12. Has a anyone ever seen sealed door pods with atweeter for a 05 Chevy. I'm dieing to get my components in my new truck.

I finally got a new truck. Now I need to get my system in it lol. I jammed some Inffinty reference 61/2 coaxials in the doors today just so I had some tunes. Next the back seats come out and the subs go in. Any one got any ideas on how I can mount my JBL 61/2 component's in the doors without them free airing and not hacking the shit out of the doors? here right some pictures of my truck and gear
