Product Description


This very powerful 12" driver produces true 3" peak-to-peak excursion.  Custom built in the USA featuring Linear Motor Technology, ears will be blown away by its intrinsic accuracy and massive output.  Perfect for moderate to large home theaters and audiophiles seeking out the cleanest and most earthquaking bass available.  As a moderate to large-box driver, if you cannot accomodate our recommended range of enclosure volumes and power levels, we would urge you to consider our Premium Series drivers as a more practical (albeit less powerful) solution for high performance applications requiring minimal use of space.  The Supreme 12 is available in single 4 ohm voicecoil only and is rated for 1200 watts RMS.

Supreme Series drivers are optimized for moderate to large sealed enclosures. For optimal performance, we suggest a minimum of 2.0 cu ft net volume. If you are aiming to fill a large home theater and have the extra space at your disposal, moving up to 6.0 cubic feet will aid in low-frequency extension along with a flattening of the response curve.

Vented enclosures are not recommended for these drivers, as in most applications they will result in a considerably peaked response curve that is undesireable for a balanced listening experience.  If you must try the ported alignment, we advise aiming for a net internal volume between 4.0 and 6.0 cu ft, tuned between 14-22 Hz.  The low tuning is necessary in order to keep your response curve reasonably flat. The larger your box, the lower the tuning should be.
