  1. It's nice that she has Pink H2 on the plate, because I definitely couldn't tell what it was...

I'm guessing she was blonde and needed the plates to remind her what she drives.

    she looked asian actually...

That's just what we need, small Asian women driving large SUVs.

  3. In the game Monopoly, when you run out of money and have no properties left and need to pay rent expense to someone else, do you take a loan from the bank? And if so, what's the interest rate?

  4. Oink ratio inching closer to 1.05...up to 0.88...c'mon...

I don't get how you get it that high. I seed my downloaded stuff for days to weeks and yet my ratio is around 0.2. Is it because you download more popular music?

  5. How weird that you brought bikes up. The gf and I just bought bikes on Saturday mainly for exercise and to bike to each other's house b/c gas costs so much. Albeit they're just inexpensive basic mountain bikes, but they're still Schwinns so that should make Mike happy. :P

you two are such a cute couple :lame:

But oh so bloody smart with these stupid gas prices ...

I think it went from $3.30/gal last week to $3.40+/gal this week for the cheap chit. The bikes are almost out of necessity.

And yes, we are a lame couple. Our bikes match.

  7. There is definitely such a thing as a stupid question. Many stupid questions, in fact.

    were you visiting CA.com?

Not this time. I was in a community college class.

    What is worse?

Pretty even I'd say. Both places have a handful of intelligent people, but it's usually the idiots whom are the most outspoken.

  8. For those in 'major' cities, what would you say the average price of a home is outside (up to a 30 minute drive) in an established or up and coming suburb?

    ~35 miles from LA.

    Average house price 4-500k.

And for that price, I wouldn't expect much. :(

A house like Justin's would be 700k minimum here.

  9. Sounds like my old school......Everyone was from northern Va

And were used to living in 250,000+ houses

That doesn't even buy a starter home in a ton of cities, not even close in Minneapolis.

yep, that gets you a house built in the 70s in the sketchy neighborhoods of Tempe

    AZ's cost of living>Va's

2 be honest....around here you can get a pretty decent house for around 100,000

You can probably get a nice cardboard box for 100k here.
