( (2) 12"s ) This 12" can do it all..handled my MMATS m3000.1 with ease, hit the lows, and was great for a daily woofer. Has always been on a good supporting electrical cast. I am pulling the sub tomorrow because I'll be pulling my amp as well. Can take more pictures for people with more interest then. Recone has a date of 9/xx/14 and actually didn't use it for about 4 weeks it was installed because I had to wait on a warranty claim on a battery. There is a bit of a glue splotch on the top plate, but no biggie, just CA. bottom of motor looks mint. Minimal chips in ferrite. Included is the motor boot and 12" gasket. Tossing up a single 15'' Sundown Zv4 or two 12'' XCON's tuned for lows. I know that the Sundown is built for it but would it be able to offer me the same amount of throw that 24'' of cone area would from two 12's? -
What's up guys, I have a 00 jeep grand cherokee. I have two crescendo 5500s and three zv4 18s which I'll be selling for two nsv3 18s. This is my first wall I'm building and I want to make sure I'm using the right ratio and box size. I was thinking of using a 3:1 ratio and anywhere from 2.5-3 cubes sealed per woofer and 15-18 ported for the pair with a 25-47hz range. Any help or suggestions is much appreciated. -
As the title states... Im looking for the recommended box sizes for the subs (both sealed and ported). The place where they should be listed on Sundown's website are all blank. Tried searching as well... but no luck. I at least found the displacement on the 10" is .25 Thanks in advance for your help fellaz!
