  1. i work out pretty hard 5 mornings a week and have been eating pretty clean. im down about 25 lbs and went from a 48 waist dickie size to a 42. so my weight hasnt dropped like i wanted it to but the fat is sure shredding off.

I actually use superpump MAX as my pre workout.

Superpump is pretty good, also try Juggernaut it's probably the best preworkout i have tried with Jack3d being the worst.

  2. I also hate when people are just hanging around to socialize and taking forever to finish their sets . I like to go in and go out . Handle my business straight hardcore balls to walls 1 hour session then go home and do whatever . If I want to socialize I'll go to a bar or club .

I hear ya,that get's me almost as mad as when people stand right behind me when i'm checking out in the grocery store.

  3. You have some very good advice here man. I would tend to disagree with the recommendation for bodybuilding.com though. I see it like this, if you want to learn pretty solid information about car audio you visit SSA. If you want generic bullshit and hit an miss advice try car audio.com

The same comes from learning about fitness. Use IntenseMuscle.com to perform research and to look into what may work best for a man of your build. The people who tend to frequent IM are bodybuilders, powerlifters, and guys who comepete in strong man competitions. Numerous members have forgotten more about fitness than most of us will ever know.

Kudos for the lifestyle change, and good luck on the quitting smoking tip. You can do it bro.

Why would he want advice from power lifters and people that do strongman comps? Those guys can help build strength, but alot of them seem to be over weight as well, this guy needs to learn how to eat right, that's the first and most important step and don't cut your calies to 1500 a day that's probably the worst thing i have heard so for. Find your daily calorie needs and cut 500 from that to start, don't cut fats, cut the bad fats(sugars,etc..) bring your carbs down and just try to be more active, with a 500 calorie deficit you should see pounds melt off.

  4. So I should have a protein shake after a work out or before. I know ether way I get the protein, but do muscles start rebuilding immediately after a work out or does your body take awhile to start the process? Also I guess it would depend on how fast a person's body uses protein right?

If you can afford it do both. Make sure you have good protein powder though and not that wall mart garbage. With your pre workout shake blend it up with like a banana and peanut butter to get some carbs. Also make sure post you're slamming carbs too. And everyone uses protein the same the types of protein (whey, casein) depends on how fast your body absorbs it.

Very bad advice. I have lost 60 pounds through trial and error and a lot of research,if your cutting you don't want too many carbs and i would just do the protein shake post. Lift 3 times aweek with cardio right after, try to do cardio 5 days a week. Cardio is not needed to lose weight but it has very good benefits for your body. Also the wal mart protein is alright to use, they carry body fortress and 6 star, use the whey protein there isn't much difference in the brands besides the flavor they offer. I use Muscle Milk, graham cracker flavor is great.

  5. Are there any specs floating around anywhere I tried looking, but no luck. I didn't even know there were older Havoc's,i know they are rated 1500 rms,but i need some info to build a box and what would work if i needed to recone them in the future,i have owned a newer Havoc and i have to say it's hands down my favorite sub and i have owned or heard alot of different ones. Any help or info is very much appreciated.

  6. It amazes me when people ask random people on a forum for help making a big life decision...

If I said abort, would you simply abort?

Or if I said congratulations your a father, you would keep it?

The decision is between you and her.

    Good luck.

Best answer^ get some real friends or family and talk to them not strangers on the internet.

  7. The first vid doesnt impress me very much, the guy has like what 6-10 subs on 7300rms? No if it was a single one on 7300rms, on say a 600rms sub putting up a 157, i might say wow.....just saying!! But anyways, are you just advertising these subs for this guy or are you wanting to know more info?? If you are just advertising then yes it would be spam, as you "should" not be advertising in the forums about some company that isnt connected with the forum. If the owner wants to step up and start talking with Mark and Aaron about possibly joining the advertising ranks, then that is all gravy. But until then it really isnt fair to us who are connected with the forum. But would love to hear more about the company and equipment, but like i said if the owner wants to chime in only. Just putting out my 2 cents.

Maybe that's why this forum is dead, that's not advertising he didn't once mention where to buy them, the price or anything. All he did was show some videos of some subs, the owner would get nothing from advertising on this as it is one of the deadest forums there is,beside Soundpressure. If people can't post vids of other subs, then that's just weak,my 2 cents.
