Normally we do not provide any sort of broken in TS params with subs/rebuilds. Im not sure exactly what was done to your sub as we do about 40 recones a week for various subs and brands, but a picture of things and it will point us in the right direction. Thanks, Scott

Not sure what was ordered or your name as we get a "few" orders every week. But, I can say that during Christmas we knuckle down and get things machined and going ASAP. Currently all subs ordered up until 3pm today are in some sort of state of build and we are trying to work within a 1-2 day build time right now to try and get as many of the late orders out and to the door before Christmas. If it was ordered at the beginning of the week there is a good chance its already gone. We will be working until 3PM Christmas Eve and then taking Christmas off. Thanks, Scott

What are you looking to do amp wise for the future? If anything. If adding a second 1500 or anything in the 2000-3000 W range, Id look to running 4 SSD10s with copper coils. (4) 10s have about 30% more cone area than a pair of 12s... equates to more output. Thanks, Scott

With that kind of power I would look to the SSD line. Standard versions with the copper coil option would work well. Space wise you are on the small end of things... but at 13.6 cuft before port and driver, I would think that a common chamber setup with subs and ports up (to keep guns and other stuff off of them) would work fine. Looking like subs in middle with port on either end measuring 22.5" X 2.5" wide and 17" long. While smaller than we normally recommend port area wise you should be fine if you radius the inner and outer edges of the port to reduce air flow noise. Set subsonic filters around 26-27Hz and it should play plenty deep/low yet still have solid impact on the upper end of things. Give the clays hell Thanks, Scott

07_zx10... Need to sort out what we want to print on the long sleeves. Thinking of offset logo on the bottom backside of the shirt and then printing the sleeve. We will get those sorted out next week sometime. As for hats... got a good portion of the coding done for those while out of town. Now that Im back home I need to get graphics done for the site. Got word that magnets hit customs later in the day on Wednesday. But due to holiday Im sure they wont clear until Monday or Tuesday. We will get all back ordered subs knocked out within a couple of days receipt of magnets. We will be letting customers with back orders know when their drivers will ship. This is for the first wave of backorders.... as we are getting enough to fill 150 orders with the second batch of 250 magnets coming in about 3 weeks. Although at this point we only have about 25 backorders for the new 250 magnet order (from maybe the 20th of this month if I remember). Thanks, Scott

Havent pulled the trigger on lanyards as we have had so many other things going on recently with OEM work. Flexfits are done and Ill try to get coded up on the site tonight or tomorrow morning (not knowing what to do with this extra time right now being on "vacation"... its amazing ) I do want to get lanyards and other smaller items sorted in the next week as they make good stocking stuffers. OK, well it was requested that the sub be sent back for several reasons... one of which is that we are good to our customers and take care of a great many things that should never fall under the category of "warranty". But we do. We also like to learn from every failure that we see. It helps us build more and more durable products. It becomes that much harder for us to work with a driver for repair when it was intentionally beat to death after a problem arose. We can no longer tell what had caused the initial problem (which could have developed over time, a setup change, due to a specific action of a volume knob or music track, or whatever. Regardless we like to get things back in the as failed condition... not after they have been beat to a point where we can not discern the initial problem. If you would like to send it back, please do. We do take care of our customers. If not, and you feel that our products are not worth the time, then I do understand your position. For future reference to all, please leave a failed driver in the failed state. It would help us figure the cause and be able to make any changes needed for the future lines or to better suit your specific application and needs. Not too mention it allows us to see if it is a "defect" and something that should be repaired for free. While the BTLs have not explicit warranty on them, we have taken care of way more than our fair share of non-warranty failures on them simply to keep a customer happy and to educate them on how to set things up given the specific mode of failure/circumstances. Depends on how HT you are wanting them to be. 2.5 at 23Hz works well with most smaller plate amps with bass boost on board. A couple simple tweaks to the amps boost function the get it more in line with the tuning can pay off in deeper bass as well (as most plate amps bass boost is simply a high Q high pass filter which can be tweaked for a little more boost and subsonic cut) Clean little sub for lower power applications for car and home. Makes a phenominal computer sub as well Thanks, Scott

Not to be a useless PITA, but we have so many versions that we simply dont have all of them. Between stock version and a couple of variations (coupled with FEA) we tell people per application what will work vs specific TS for every combination. BTLs in general model poorly to most people, but perform beyond expectation.

Nope... only change was the addition of the BP option to the Q a few months after it came out. Other than that, its been a solid line for us. If you had a driver with a BP, nows the time to pick up another as we are running BPs for a whopping 0$ for the first 250. We have about 140 left as of Fridays count.

As mentioned, we have about 10 irons in the fire for more Fi apparel. Hats, belts, lanyards, openers... Hats up at the end of this week with both trucker and flex fits (curved first as we are waiting on the flat bills to ship in). We are also working on a new sticker program and weekly contest for it (more to be announced by Nick later this week). Didnt figure we would be selling as much apparel as we do, but Im glad we got things set up to do it in house. Makes keeping up much easier.

Just got the hat fixture in so truckers hats will be up in a week or so. Dropped more hats off at the embroidery shop so Flexfits will be up next week as well... flatbills will be another couple of weeks too. More shirts designs in the works and we will have work shirts again, although we are trying to keep your cost down so they will be screened and not embroidered (but at about half the price of our original embroidered shirts). Our goal isnt to make a killing off of clothing (we arent a clothing company) but just to offer as much variety with apparel as we do with our subs. Moving printing in house as definitely helped with that. As for stickers, we are wanting input on what people might want or sizes currently not offered that might be a good choice. I had nothing to do with that one. Name seems to say it all. We can come up with something on a full rebasket as I wont do anything like the original version with the 8" spider on a 4" coil... simply destroys itself.
