  1. hey Aaron, I have good news, bad news and another bad news.

     

    Good news is my subs have all finally arrived after 6months of waiting for them.

    Bad news is it seems I got 3pcs zcon 18's instead of 2pcs, and I live in the Philippines.

    Shipping from here to there is very expensive not to mention the taxes.

    I've just decided to just sell the sub here and send you the payment once they're sold.  What do you think?

    Oh man, I am sorry to see that happened.  This is an effect of an issue that has been since corrected at the factory.  Thank you for being honest about the extra sub.  I think you have a great idea, let's go with that. smile.png

    ok, will let you know once it got sold.  but please give me some time. 

    I can't bare the thought of gaining something at the expense of others.  smile.png

We have been givings answers and updates nearly round the clock via PM, email, phone, text, FB, G+, Twitter, chat etc. Bottom line is the factory is going mega hours to get everyone's order done. The sale was far bigger then we had projected and more the the factory was expecting. Again, we do apologize for the timeline, it appears the discount was too attractive. :)/> But please understand, sending messages / emails etc. daily (in some cases multiple times per), doesn't change the already maxed out capacity of the factory. The moment our systems update and your orders are on the UPS truck, we will update order status. :)/>

    though waiting time is a pain. I always get a reply from SSA at fb, that's very much appreciated. Unlike other online stores that totally leave you in the dark once payment was made. Still, great customer service from SSA.


  5. another odd thing about my order is that I ordered 2 zcon 18's and 3 Gcon 12's but only got tracking numbers for 2 zcon 18's and 2 gcon 12's. one gcon was already shipped but UPS tracking only updated when the package was already received.
