I couldn't get in there so had to rely on the help of my 2ft cousin to carry out the work, thanks!

15 cubes or there abouts was soaked up inside the enclosure in an effort to raise tuning.

As a result I'm no longer breaking screens. But thats just started a whole list of other things breaking,

    Both door mirrors

    Passanger side window

Brake fluid reservoir bottle, gushing fluid everywhere

Washer fluid bottle, cracked and hanging

Wiper motor mechnism bust off the metal work

Hood no longer opens without being thumped

I'm sure more things will break but there you go.

With the old 88 cube enclosure roughly with a 28Hz tuning. I never got the max SPL with the old box the low note caused several screens to blow out. I suspect it would have been couple more tenths. I'll never know what would have been unless I reverse the volume reduction mods.

After reducing from 88 cubes to 63 cubes, with roughly 33Hz tuning. No longer breaking screens. It does 159 roughly from 30-43Hz. Not clamped it, thats going to be next week when I can spend more time on it.

Thats the current baseline. Lots of work is planned, when I get time :)

All tests were done dB drag sealed up. No RPMs were used just the van on Idle.

    Thanks.

It broke purely from pressure not flex, frequency was too low to make it flex. Flex has a ripple it goes all the way across the shield with equal pattern of shatter...pressure looks like a bullseye target. The screen caved in. This was just on a burst at around 34Hz.

Taken a week to get a replacement. Got installed today and it broke before it even got fitted  Seems like it was a defective screen. Had to install it otherwise i had a gaping non-water tight hole.. it wont last very long though I will find out in the morning with some torture testing with some help with some 50mm clear tape. If it holds up I'll be a show at the weekend.. if not I'll be waiting out a week for one.. Sucks ass to this side of the pond sometimes!!

  4. 2750wrms will smoke it.

500-1000wrms will smoke it, if the person behind the volume knob is a loose canon.

800-1250wrms is plenty to power the Havoc. People use more with success but its not something you will be covered under warranty should something go wrong.
