  1. So I know that everyone heard of the tragic loss that car audio took last week when Anthony Aka Noisy Cricket  passed away so we decided to do something to help raise some money for his family we are going to raffle off a FL2 which is our 3800 rms  model. The tickets are $10 and all money raised will go to his family. Paypal is sales@flatlineaudio.net. If you just want to make a donation feel free to do so if its for the raffle make sure to put it in the notes that is for a raffle ticket. Thanks!

  2. We  have decided to get rid of 2 models the 5k is and one of the bigger amps still up in the air about which one just have to many in the lineup right now and with most of them being so close in power  it doesn't make sense to have all of them.

  3. I am looking at the amp line and I am going to make some changes to the line so stay tuned for that. Hadn't been on much because I had some decisions to make but I will post here in the next day or so what the line will be going to take away and add some things so stay tuned!!!

Ok so the amps are going to ship sometime at the end of the month and I wanna do something crazy to celebrate so until Monday morning 9/9/13 all our models will be 35% off yea its for real 35% off all amp models until Monday morning. If your buying more than one you may get even more of a discount. Paypal is sales@flatlineaudio.net . Pm for multi amp deals :)!!

  5. I get this question about 30 times a day so I figured I would just make a thread to kind of explain. When we started talking about starting Flatline the first thing that we said was that we wanted to be different. Different look , different customer service just different all around the board. Finding the layout that we have was not easy to do by any means. Honestly we were about to give up on it before the buildhouse showed us these boards that are brand new as far as our FL1 and FL2 are concerned.  So to get into the heart of things lets look at our bigger units. I know everyone wonders how our 7k and 8.5k amplifiers make power with whats inside of them. Well our amps are taller than most other companies, and the reason behind that is because everything in our amplifiers are double stacked as far as the toroids and transformers. The capacitors we use are bigger than most companies there fore there are less used. Honestly you just have to see these monsters in person to see what i mean. So look at it like this lets say another companies 7k has 8 transformers it will have only 4 techinally speaking there are still 8 there just 4 that are double stacked. Hopefully that makes since and on the output side there are 2 instead of 4 but ther again they are still double stacked so there are techinally still 4. To sum everything up they are the most efficient amplifiers that our build house has to offer and thats what we wanted. We have seen improvement from most customers that have bought our amps doing a direct swap from another companies to ours. So just stay tuned we have a alot of things still working our run is running a little behind scheudle which is throwing things off a little we are working on a 9.5k which will be a 18v unit it will be basically the same as the El Jefe' just it will run @18v instead of 16v. We are also waiting on protos of the 500.2 and our 4 channel that we will offer which will be a 150.4.

  6. Just to give you a idea of how our customer service is gonna tell ya a story of what happened back in march for SBN. So we placed a order for amps for a few of our competitors for SBN. They were suppose to be in the Monday before SBN which would have been fine but low and behold things never go as they are suppose to. Anyway got a email from the build house that they wouldn't be arriving in Dallas until Wens. So problem number 1 arises amps not gonna be here on time. So I made a call to MR Robin Butler aka imamamp3pimp, and discussed the situation and I let him know the only solution that I could come up with. Me driving to Dallas to pick up the amps and doing a turn around trip to Florida and deliver the amps on Thurs so that they would have them in time for the show. So my wife and I left Louisiana for Dallas which is 4 hours away picked the amps up from the Depot and arrived back home around 10pm that night. After checking every unit to make sure they were functional. I finally got in bed around 2 am only to get up at 5am and leave for Florida. Finally arrived in Florida around 2pm to meet Robins wife who picked up 5 8.5k and 2 7ks. Which was fun making fit in a car by the way back seat was stacked and the floor boards lol. Anyway to make a long story short the Tahoe and the S10 were at the show along with the Blazer. Trippi  Congo took 3 of his 6 8.5ks for his Hummer that's being rebuilt as we speak hopefully that will be finished and rockin and rolling soon. I'm just trying to give you guys a idea of how far we go for customer satisfaction, if there is truly anything that we can do for any customer that we have we will believe me I have come out of pocket for a few that we have just because they just didn't have the money. And when I say out of pocket I literally mean out of pocket not cutting a deal or discount. You can ask anyone from Zaim to Hank or any one else who has a amp hell you if you look hard enough you can find my cell number. I have stayed on the phone at 8 or 9:00 pm talking to customers that haven't bought a thing but hey they were curious about the amps and that's what were here for. We are hoping that some of you may get to experience the Customer Service for yourselves one day.

  7. The way we have it setup is that you pick which model your interested in we email you the contract for you to read and if you approve you sign it and return it via mail or email to us along with the necessary attachments and then we sign and return a copy of the agreement to you and then you pay your first payment which is kind of like a deposit I guess you could say. Anyway you have 4 months after that to pay the remaining balance on the unit. Once paid for if we have stock on hand its shipped out to you. I have had a lot of people do this on preordering and the good thing is by the time the amps arrive you should have paid for the unit. We thought this was a good idea especially for the larger amps since we know not everyone had over a grand just to throw around all the time. This jus gives you a little breathing room for buying the amp. We figured it would be nice not to have to shell out all your hard earned cash all in one rip. But there is no interest added at all you just pay the price that's it. There is no refund though so if you paying and decide when you have 100 left that you don't want the amp then you will have just forfeited the money that you have paid. But all of that is explained in the contract.
