The enclosure is 5 cubes after displacements. If I remember correctly its about 82 sqin of port and it is tuned to 31.5hz with 45 angles in all the corners and a double flush mount top baffle...

Here is a small teaser form my new build. It has been way too long since I have been active in car audio and I am finally back! The 3kd took a shit before I could finish filming so this is just a small teaser video until we get another amp in!

I've been gone sometime! Still doing audio here and there but I've been doing lots of photography and cinematography. Here is some raw footage of a car I am shooting here in Az! jesus! that port area!!!
Yeah I recheck my calculations about 5 times because I felt like that was crazy big for a single 18. When I built the box I stuck a 2 liter in the port and shook my head thinking great this is going to act like its free aired. Surprisingly it sounds awesome it just has a steep roll off around 55 - 60 hrs which is ok with me. I think that is a perfect area for blending in the front stage!

Ok guys here is a short video I did for my friends enclosure I built him. He did the carpeting and paint so shout out to him for that. Any who it is an SSA Xcon on maybe 1000 Watts I believe it is running at 2 ohm a lot of port area tuned down to 32hrz. I've done many enclosures in the past but holy hell does this enclosure/sub setup really dig low. 25hrz drops are no sweat for it.!
Enjoy I didn't have much footage so did what I could with it.

I wrecked the hatch a few months back so back to work again! Here I am grinding off the front of the core support!
I didn't take many pictures as I was really upset having to rebuild the front end for a stupid mistake however this is the end results Oem parts used all welded in by myself I think I did decent for my first Core support swap.

Up for sale are my 2 Icon 12s. They are the triple slug Icons with the vented pole piece and inverted dust caps. One is Brand new still in the box and plastic in side the wood crate. The other one is slightly used and has sat in my closet for about the last year and a half. The reason I am selling them is to fund my new project that will consist of Xcons. I am in no hurry to sell and price is OBO. Not looking to separate at the moment. Will entertain trades however more than likely will only take cash....

So what exactly is the target market with this? Will it fit factory OEM 6.5" subs for a drop in replacement, or are you anticipating people will actually purchase a 6.5" sub in the car audio market as an aftermarket addition?
I would imagine their biggest target would be truck setups were space is very limited underneath the seats. I could be wrong.

If you replaced your RCAs and got the wine afterward chances are it has something to do with your RCAs. Other things it could be is a bad RCA ground in the head unit (Vey common in Pioneer head units), bad grounds, bad alternator.
