    There is a noticeable dip in output.

    Obviously these Hz boundaries I have quoted arent precise but rather an estimate.

    Should have been clearer in the first post.

    On Rap etc it has insane output for a 12, on other punchy/higher bass note songs (I.E Trance/Drum and Bass etc) the output drops.

    I have a SPL-D 1500D powering a AA Havoc 12 in a box that is 2.2cuft and tuned to 32hz.

    It plays the low end immensly (<36hz) but on the 40hz+ it doesn't do so well.

    Amp settings are LPF at 63hz, subsonic approx 30hz.

    Voltage is good, always at 13v or above.

    Any advice ?

    @ Fi Q 150db is that an Android phone your taking video with? If so that must flex a lot, bc Droids don't pick up flex too well, at least my evo doesn't

    Yes I was using my Motorola Milestone (UK version of the Motorola Droid).

    The install absolutely hammered the car senseless.

    I'm running two atomic 5000.1's with 5 C&D Batteries (93ah maxrate ones) with 0awg all over and a 280a XS Power alternator.

    Now I can say straight off my power supply isnt adequate for all day booming but for short bursts (15 odd mins) its fine. Add to that I'm in the UK and our cars are tiny compared to your guys in the states so space is always an issue.

    Now my question is my batteries rest at 12.4-6 which seems very low to me ?

    I have a Ctek 25000 and was wondering should I give the recondition mode a try ?

    Any one got any general advice as hardly anyone runs these batteries in the UK.

    Pos terminal from sub to second pos terminal on sub to amp

    Neg terminal from sub to second neg terminal on sub to amp ?

    If it still isnt outputting correctly something me be awry somewhere.

    I'd lose 15% of my sanity if a sucessor to the BTL comes out anytime soon.

    Last time I bought BL's the 09 version came out 1 week later :lol:

    Got to love Fi's when its done its done policy, no BS no marketing pap just the product and bam.

    Are you changing the front of the wall and optimising the current space a bit? or is it full a rebuilt?

    MicB - Total rebuild, will be going from around 3.3cubes per driver to at least 4.

    Hove - Visit www.bladeice.com then go fi and duscaps. Have all the colours there.

    Major thanks to all involved, great services as always (previously has BL's) and the subs look amazing with the chrome dustcap !

    Also have to say a personal thanks to Scott (who probably wont read this but still) who got my alternator to me in time, a burden which originally had nothing to do with him. Thats the kind of thing you don't see anymore in the world. Gay as it may sound I really am touched.

    Keep it up guys, no one can come within 1000 miles of your service.

    My old install had 2 BL 18's with 1.1k each.

    Metered at 148.2 with 27hz tuning.

    Most smile inducing moment was when I was demo'ing to friends and I was flexing shopfront windows :)

    In December the new build starts with 4 x 15" BTL's and 10kw :D
