Well its actually not my daily driver,..its my SPL play toy.....all its got is a nice panasonic 5 v pre-out cd-player, some pioneer 3 ways in the front and back, a bunch of 0 gauge, 2 big batteries and a 200 amp alternator. My 4runner is my daily driver.....but i think im gonna look into doing another amp and 8 cvr 12's....or i could build a new box for 8 15's and use the reg comps with just one amp? hmmmm

rd audio 3250 is the same amp as a sundown saz-3000? are there more companies out there that use the same amp, but with a different name? just wondering.....

So what your saying is....because its just built "stronger" it wont play louder? 8 comps / 2500 watts vs 8 cvrs / 5000 watts? Hmmm i really wouldnt want to waste all that money and not see a difference....

we tried....my rear windows are double limo...so that didnt help...Ill try again at a later day. I just liked this video cuz it shows stuff being knocked off shelves....The shop didnt have lights in that corner either so sorry about that......

Well i didnt get that technical with it, but the CVR's have more excursion and more power handling? So naturally i would assume it would be a great deal louder,...the comps and the cvrs look almost identical other than rubber surround, and longer throw....hmmm ill look into it a little more before i make my decision!!! Plus the box would still work the exact same i do believe....cuz kickers recommends the same cu ft for both......

yeah it was pretty darn loud.....had stock electrical and still did 145's . Pulled enough power to stall out the car. But oddly enough...i traded this 93 ford p.o.s. salvage title probe (paid $700.00 4 it) for a half way decent 98 ford explorer with the same amount of miles and a clean title!!!!

if its doing a 146.6 at the headrest now and i upgrade from a 150watt rms speaker to a 400 watt rms speaker then throw not 2500 watts to them, but 5000!!! It had better do 150? 3.4dB difference, why would that be so doubtful?

Ok, i guess that design i did worked out pretty well.....Its set up mainly for Max. SPL #s though....so ill be leaving it alone for now. My future plans will be to upgrade the Comps to the CVR's and add another Kicker 2500.1....that should surely put it past the 150dB mark....

Slow down??? I wasnt tryin to sound rude or anything, its just if there is anoter amp out there that is basically the same as a Sundown 3000 for cheaper...im gonna get it. Customer service or not...but point blank Sundown saz-3000d=899.99 / Audioque 3500d = 699.99 Even if the components are a little different there cant be that much of a difference....even if the audioque put out only 3000 real watts its still the better deal as far as dollar per watt..... Trust me if i were a wealthy person id love to buy the sundown...but...and here goes my person custom made quote..." like to make my cars as loud as fundingly possible"!!!!!tm
