  1. Yes ... you can cause a lot of problems if you continue to run when they get super sore. Best thing to do is figure out what exactly is causing it - could be a basic excess weight issue, problem with your stride and step, patella not tracking properly over the femur, etc. Your doctor may recommend a bone scan to determine if you have any stress fractures of your tibia.

The ice will generally keep inflammation to a minimum which can prevent some pain. It is by no means a long-term fix, obviously.

  2. Are you wearing a good pair of shoes when you run? Insoles may be required as well.

As for shin splints ... try running on a softer surface (grass, for example). Ice post-workout and try to avoid running on your toes. Stretch ... often - 4-7 days a week.

  3. I have good news. My self-made billionaire buddy stopped by this evening and brought his brand new M5 ... which I drove ... and found out to be not even close to stock. Hands down the nicest car I have ever sat in and driven. No, I don't have pictures right now, but I'll be getting some. He's also going to get an M6.

  4. No way in hell am I going to pay 20% handling fee on top of international shipping when I can get it sent anywhere in the states for $7.50 ... then another $20 to ship it up here still makes it cheaper. 20 freakin' percent because they have to write another line to the address.

  5. Drove that Ram SRT today ... looked brand new and was in awesome condition. I wouldn't even consider it until it shed about 500+ lbs because that thing is slow for the amount of power it generates.

  6. dude watched that shit while deployed.

even the australians think that shit is funny.

I know I liked it................steve can u find all the seasons thus far on dvd and get me a price? cause here its like 60 bucks a season

I bet many of the seasons can be borrowed from the internet. Other than that, they aren't that cheap. Like you said around $55 per season.
