  2. I'm curious how you have that 3000D mounted to the box. I get nervous with my 1500D mounted to my dual RL-i8's enclosure. I can't imagine the vibration that 3000D must experience. Especially with the box bolted to your chassis.

    I used rubber grommets between the 1500D and the mount points, just for a little bit of absorption. Are you using anything like that? I wouldn't mind finding something even more effective.

    I have never had a problem mounting any amp to a sub box up to 160+ db. I hope I don't start having a problem....


  3. Glad to see you switched amps now for the sub :P

    The only way I would take out my X is when I find a woofer that has a bolt in cone and that is better than a X... So as of right now the X is where it's at for me!
