If the N1 is gonna be kind of compared to a Q.. then will it be able to go in a sealed box? Or still a strictly ported box?

I honestly think they look cool! I dont really care how the motor designs look since they usually cant be seen in a box anyways... besides if theyre inverted obviously. Im thinking about replacing my 2 18" Qs with the N2s... since they require less box volume (Blazers suck for woofers that require lots of space)

Play it in free air and see if it still makes the sound... It may be your box???

Thats what happened to mine.... but I had it running for almost a year the exact same way, haha then one day it decided to go poof.... Sundown is my new choice :)

Does any of Second Skins products cut down on plastic that rattles? It seems my door panels vibrate and rattle the most and is getting annoying, so I thought I would ask what would be the best product to coat my inside plasitc door panels with? If anything hahah.

I know my Fi Qs have been holding up amazingly well for about a year now and I pound the piss out of them everyday. (Not with a hammer but you get the idea. )

So, Ive been roaming around this forum to find some ideas on some box ideas for my 2 18" Fi Qs going in a 2000 Chevy Blazer. I listen to mostly rap that go into the low 30hz range and higher so yess this is my daily driver, so Ive designed some boxes of my own to see what you guys think about them. Hereeeee we go... Box Design 1: Separate chambers, 7.25 cu. ft. each after displacements @ 28hz - Subs forward, port forward Box Design 2: Separate chambers, 6.75 cu. ft. each after displacements @ 32hz (I knowww its kinda wicked design but oh well..) - Subs back, port forward Let me know what you guys think!! I LOVEEEEEEEEE this comment for the review of the Max Pro amp.. This review is from: Lanzar MXA282 Max Pro 4000-Watt 2-Channel High-Power Mosfet Amplifier (Electronics) i have this hooked up to 2 12" lanzar max pro 1600 watt subs. ok lets start off with the bad. 1, it is not 4000 watts. how many watts it is i dont know but i do know its not 4000. now the good. 1 i have it hooked up running the 2 12" subs in mono. i have the gain all the way up and use the bass boost to control it. it never gets hot, it looks good, and i am pushing 160 db with this amp paired to the maxpro subs. if your looking for power,looks,price and reliability this is it. i would buy another if i had the room..

Orrrrr just upgrade your alternator and big 3 and save you more money

Your sub will only go into 1 ohm or 4 ohms since its dual 2.... if you REALLLY want to, you could put it in 4 ohms, but you would only get about 300 watts off it.... This is how you should wire it to get it to 1 ohm for that "badass" amp
