  1. I see no problem and thus I see no reason to add anything.

You're right, more couldn't hurt. If you're chasing numbers then I could see a reason to do it, but I have zilch experience in that so I'll leave that to someone else.

    Good luck! :)

  2. Rode my first crotch rocket today. Stalled it a couple of times, but when I got the hang of it it was quite a bit of fun. Not bad for 31hp.

    Now I want one. sad.png

I cannot wait until motorcycle season here finally comes. The fact that the motoGP season started last week isn't helping either.

  3. Up for sale is a properly working JBL GTQ amplifier. As the pictures show it has a decent amount of cosmetic damage. When I got it all the set-screws were stripped.  It currently has 1/16 allen head set screws in it and one 5/64 allen head set screw. I'm not sure if the holes for the 1/16 had to be tapped out or the hole for the 5/64 had to be tapped out, either way at least one of the set screw holes have been tapped. I bought it two years ago, replaced the set screws, verified that it turned on and amplified and then proceeded to stick it in the closet. Clearly I don't use it and have no need for it so I figured I'd put it up here in case anyone wants one.

Price is $50 + shipping OBO. Payment through payal.

If you have any questions feel free to PM me or post below.

  4. Unless your amp power is connected to a relay to activate when the key is turned on or a button is switched or something (it probably isn't) the amp will always be on. Regardless of whether the car is on or if the key is in the ignition. This can drain your battery over time which is why the REM lead exists.

Yes, you can do it and not harm the amplifier (most likely). But it isn't smart and it isn't advised. Just a very, very temporary solution

  5. Anyway you still have the tracking number that was on that package?

Pops couldn't find one. I'll have him send me a photo of the shipping label when he gets home from work today. He could have missed it; being old and all ;)

  6. Time to get a new camera I guess.... My camera does not allow that.... smh

Having more options to set is really nice if you take the time to set them. I'm still heavily in experimentation phase, but I do have those three settings I usually use as "go-to" bench marks.

I really want some filters to start experimenting with too. But they are always sold out

  7. dude what are you doing post-processing wise???? the colors looks too fucking fantastic.... I feel I don't got that... lol

Yeahh.... so I'm kinda too lazy, and focused too much on having fun rather than making a perfect photo, for post-processing. I only play with saturation, contrast,  sharpness, color tone, and white balance settings on the camera before I take a picture. My camera lets me have 9 user set combinations + a white balance setting. For most of the time I only use 3 of the settings.

I'm sure if I took it more seriously and worked at it I could turn out better shots and more consistently good shots; but for right now it's just a fun side hobby and something that gives me an excuse to get off my ass.

And thanks for the kind words! I really like that shot too!
