  1. I started watching The Walking Dead the other day during the marathon. I didn't think I'd like it. I was wrong.

I've been watching them lately, the only thing that really bothers me is the southern accent of the cop. It's obviously fake and not well done.

I hadn't noticed. I probably will next time I watch it now, lol.

it probably helps that I have a southern accent.

  3. apparently the m55 supercharged 5.5l will fit in the crossfire, super easily. No transmission or rear end change needed. (though that's not 100%, but both have heavy duty upgrades available)

That may be a serious project in a few years.

  4. Torches are great, but die WAY too easy. :( I'd recommend a zippo, but obviously you won't like how that tastes.

I agree. My problem is that torches die too quickly and I usually break something in them. Zippos last forever but I don't like having to fill the fluid and they're not good in the wind or for lighting a bowl.

  5. since we've had the topic of flashlights. What do you all suggest for a lighter? I need it to be a sturdy lighter that can sit for long periods without losing its fuel. Will be used for hiking/camping and for lighting a bowl so both are equally necessary.

I'm sure at least some of you know of some well-built rugged lighters.

  6. What a wimpy ass hill. If they would have got a better running start at it, wouldn't have been a problem. If you are going to pussy foot around where you shouldn't be, you deserve to get stuck. Obviously the tires suck hind tit too.

I agree but I could have made that hill in a golf cart with a running start. The point wasn't that the vehicle couldn't clear the hill, the point was that the vehicle could get stuck on it. The whole point of an intelligent AWD system is to increase your traction so you don't need the running start, isn't it?

I think the whole point was to show that the AWD system is not an off-road AWD system. Of course I think the fact that it diverts power to the rear wheels in a spin could be interesting when driving aggressively....drifting an x6?

That being said why the hell don't they have a shitty ESP system to at least brake on the spinning wheels?

  7. naughty-memes-evolution-of-nintendo-controllers.jpg

As odd as it was, the Gamecube controller was the most ergonomic ever imo. I liked it a lot.

always loved the triggers on the GC controller.. i think i need to dust mine off and play some super smash bros :)

Am I the only person that loved the N64 controller?

  8. no idea if it's the "proper" way or not but what I always do is to put oil in the bottom (prefer animal grease of some sort of course). Just enough to cover the bottom and make sure to coat the sides. Then anytime I'm baking something the skillet goes in with it. For example I'm making bread, so I throw my cast iron in the oven with it. Eventually you get a nice sheen on the inside and the pan will be damn near nonstick.

of course in my household cast iron is used regularly for fried potatoes, cornbread, chili, sausage and bacon.

  9. God damnit! Stop making me want one, you fuckers!

    Your wife can drive, right?

Two panteras, two passenger seats are better than one back seat. Plus the way your kids are destined to grow they'll be front seat ready in another 3-4hrs anyway, right?

  10. Everybody can recognize it, same with a Diablo or a Countach for instance. They changed that and IMO the newer Lambos look too tame.

I agree, but with the exception of the Aventador.

x2, I didn't like it much at first but I it has grown on me. Hated the Murcielago

  11. Well R1 I've narrowed it down to something from USOptics or the premier heritage.

I want to try a different night force, but the "chromatic aberration" was too much for me. And it had oddities Round the edge of the image.

I'm also going to have to say fuck s and b. I can't find their top end anywhere and its the most highest cost option. If it had some feature that was can't live without but the glass on the one I looked through was great but not spectacular like a HQ binocular or telescope/range finder.

Well, that's nice, but I haven't a clue what the fuck you are talking about.

    M2 meant R2 not R1,

    M1.
