Is there a way to check how DVC sub is wired without taking it out of the box by using a dmm?

I would assume to just check the + and - coming out of the box (theres only 2 terminals in the back). And see what the ohms read. Am i correct or no.

    Its a dvc 4 ohm. Just want to make sure its wired correctly before I put my saz 1000d on it.

    If it's wired in parallel then the meter will be at 2ohms, if it's wired in series it will be at 8ohms. :)
