  1. I would go with the BTL if it was me. They are monsters that sound great. They are musical if you choose the daily option over the spl. The spl is more of a one note wonder. So are you saying you have speakers by the rear seat already? Or you have the space for a 6x9 there and want a suggestion? How do you get Tang Band 6x9 "subwoofers" to reinforce midbass?
  2. I LOVE IT!!, I can't wait to put my SA-12's in that box.
  3. Thank you bigfrank for the Alternator sites. I am planning on building a 5 cubic foot ported box. For the subwoofer placement would you guys recommend facing it towards the cabin of the vehicle or facing it backwards toward the license plate or maybe even upward? I currently have a 1999 Nissan Maxima but I may be getting a SUV around Christmas. No problem. Driver placement is totally different in each vehicle. You just have to see what sounds best to you. Hope for an SUV for Christmas as you will love the BTL in there!
  4. This would work .... http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=260-540 Or http://www.sounddeadenershowdown.com/products/ebr The latter is what I ended up using for my temp fix until I build my new box Duct tape can be used as well if you're not concerned about looks
  5. 1 point
As mentioned, we have about 10 irons in the fire for more Fi apparel. Hats, belts, lanyards, openers... Hats up at the end of this week with both trucker and flex fits (curved first as we are waiting on the flat bills to ship in). We are also working on a new sticker program and weekly contest for it (more to be announced by Nick later this week). Didnt figure we would be selling as much apparel as we do, but Im glad we got things set up to do it in house. Makes keeping up much easier.
  6. Yea ebay was my best friend in high school but i want something with a warranty and with ours i can blow subs and just get them replaced, but i really wanna try some mach5s ixls If you want warranty, stick with Best buy. If you want quality and loudness minus the price tag, I recommend Audioque's HDC3's :] a pair will blow the **** out of your car Any of the good companies will have warranty. You don't just have to buy from Best Buy for a warranty. The only thing that isn't warrantied is user error.
