  1. You really need to stop replying with the same thing. We've already heard your suggestion, now stand in the corner with your dunce cap and twiddle your thumbs.

I dont know about 4,000 engine rpms, hehe. Most alts like to reach max output on engine between 1800-2600rpm. Anyone who makes an alt that doesn't peak on someone's vehicle til 4000rpm... or hell even at 3000rpm without the use of an underdrive pulley is 100% full of crap and should remove their company out of the alt business. DC Power's customer support is unlike any other. Who would publicly give out their personal cell phone number to the world to ensure that when a potential customer has any questions, they can call when they are not open? Who ships 2day air for free even if has to be paid twice for item mismatch? Who literally gives away free services and upgraded alts for free when 1 thing is missing\damaged? Who fabricates custom brackets specifically for your car even if the bracket on your car broke and was your fault? Who ships out replacement alts and lets you receive it WEEKS before sending back the wrong alt? Who lets you make steady payments on an alt if you dont have the money up front? Who talks the talks and walks the walk when proving idle output? Who is concerned about their company's impression to the world so much that they will do ANYTHING to make it right for a customer regardless what it costs? Who is this company? DC Power Engineering
  3. Well, just taking the averages of the Sundown recommendations for those subs gives 3 cubes per sub @ 32 hz. You'd have to stack the subs 2 x 2 obviously for this build. That'll leave you with about 6-8" in width for the port. You could make a box 38"h x 38"w x 22.5"d. The slot port could be 36.5" tall x 5" wide and 28.75" long (will have to be an L-shaped port, turning across the back wall).
  4. That's about 18.9 cubes gross. After factoring in an average port with area of 180 sq. inches and tuned to 35 hz as well as sub displacement, you are left with about 17 cubes. That's enough. What do you want to tune to?
  5. You're quite welcome. In a world full of foreign based customer service centers its nice to have people that you can talk to (though I've not called yet, LOL) and speedy response has been replaced with computer based menu help. It really is refreshing to get good customer service these days.

Only alternator you need is a DC Power alternator... They actually do power at idle where you actually need it...the rest of those simply do not do it. They might do 40 amps at idle and 300 amps at 4000 engine RPM's...which is exactly where you dont need it. 200 amps at idle is much more important.

if room is no issue, i would go with the IA DP 21" then up grade to a second 1500 later. thats my opinion.
