LPF depends on your preference, SSF should be about 3-5hz below enclosure tuning.

Well I have had this thing for a little while now, and yesterday i had a fire lit under my................... Anyways i decided to install this thing in my old box i had my ICON 10 in, dont remember exact specs on it right now. But powering it is a Sundown SAZ-1500. I am working on a new enclosure that will be ported through the rear arm rest (blowthorugh style i like to call it) Vehicle is a 2001 BMW 330i. On to the pics and vids.

You were a little lacking on the info of the box, is it already built? If so what size driver hole does it have? If it's not built yet then I'd like to recommend either a 10" Fi X series sub or the 10" SSA DCON. Both subs will work in that sealed enclosure and on that power quite well. The SA-8 doesn't do very well in a sealed enclosure and if all you have is that .6 to .75cuft then you'll not likely have the room to port the enclosure for the SA-8 either. A good 10" seems like the best choice for that smaller sealed enclosure to me. Just my .02

If you can have higher efficiency, with more power output, the only drawback is a larger gross volume, isn't that a worthy compromise? Vented enclosures just add flexibility, removable/adjustable port designs for changing response and efficiency is a great thing. There is nothing wrong with sealed enclosures, but ported enclosures do everything a sealed enclosure does and more, why not use them?
